"I've been in the Owner's seat. I know what it takes to move a facility—and a community—forward."

With more than 20 years in senior living and healthcare operations, Casey has led everything from large-scale capital projects to team development and resident care. Now, he’s bringing that experience to Waypoint Strategies as our new client development and program manager, based in Louisville.

Casey knows firsthand what Owners are up against—tight timelines, limited resources, and decisions that impact people’s lives. At Masonic Homes Kentucky, he oversaw the state’s largest independent living community, led a $65 million capital project, and helped launch Kentucky’s first two Life Care Communities.

"Working in senior living meant working in people's homes. There was no hiding from mistakes. That kind of accountability shaped everything I believe about leadership."

At Waypoint Strategies, Casey is focused on helping Owners plan, operate, and grow with clarity and care. He sees his role as both strategic advisor and empathetic partner—someone who listens first, leads with integrity, and brings practical solutions to the table.

“In a battle between emotion and logic, emotion usually wins—so lead with both wisely.”

Casey will focus on building relationships across Kentucky—especially along the I-65 corridor—with healthcare institutions, nonprofits, and civic leaders who are ready to take the next step in their facility and operational strategy.

“Waypoint Strategies aligns with everything I value: authenticity, strategy, and service. I’m excited to help communities reach goals that once felt out of reach—and make them feel like our only client in the process.”

Welcome to the team, Casey! Learn more at www.waypoint-strat.com.
